We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Head of Creatives (all types of contracts) to join our UA Creatives & Support team.

Role Overview

As a Head of Creatives, you will be responsible for managing the creative team and supporting its development.

Your Missions:

• Manage, grow, and develop the creative team.
• Collaborate with the Head of UA & UA team for creative production, testing, and scaling.
• Improve the creative production and testing processes for better efficiency, tracking, and reporting.
• Support the evolution of each UA artist and team member.
• Develop new creative concepts using Playable, AI, and UGC.

• Les Nouveaux Bureaux offices in Paris 17e (including fitness room).

Profile:

• Significant management experience.
• Experience in the mobile gaming industry.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong team spirit and communication skills.
