Join the Sales transformation and Global performance team which is a key and central team in the company working transversally across the organizations and supporting the top management to get key insights, robust analysis and recommendations. We are a team to support the top management drive the company's growth, development, and achievement of strategic objectives.

Reporting to the global performance manager, the scope of the Global Sales performance and transformation analyst is:

  • Support the Global Performance manager in defining the performance frameworks / KPIs to measure and drive success across the global commercial execution
  • Run cadence of reporting on Ingenico sales performance across all geographies for Regional managing directors, the Executive committee and the Board of directors
  • Proactively contribute to insight generation through data driven analysis

Responsibilities

  • Conduct the reporting activities to, Regional Managing Directors, The executive committee and Board of Directors
  • Conduct sales transformation analysis with robust data-driven reports leading to actionable insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data (Finance, product, supply…)

You must:

  • Have strong quantitive skills and ability to think conceptually about data
  • Be able to turn data into valuable insights that inform decisions
  • You must be able to identify and apply the most appropriate analytical techniques to:
  • bring different data sources together
  • tell a story with data
  • challenge assumptions about data
  • interpret requirements and present data in a clear and compelling way. This includes using graphical representations and data visualizations
  • present, communicate and disseminates analysis appropriately to a range of audience
  • Be an expert user of key analytical tools incl. Excel (PowerBI knowledge is a plus)

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and analyze complex data.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint +Power BI/ Query skills

Experience and Education

Required:

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or Economics)

Nice to Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in consulting or corporate strategy or Finance
  • Experience in tech / payment sector
