About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Global Communication Assistant to join our communications team at Shiseido. In this role, you will support the global communication strategies for the Gallinée brand to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all channels. From coordinating content creation and influencer partnerships to supporting press activities and managing communications requests, you’ll play a vital role in helping drive brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Content Creation Agencies:Work with agencies to ensure smooth content creation processes, keeping projects on schedule and within brand guidelines.
  • Social Media Content Creation:Create engaging organic content for our social channels (videos and statics) with a focus on Instagram and Tik Tok.
  • Influencer Briefs Creation:Develop detailed influencer briefs, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision and marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate Press Assets Design:Manage the design process for press assets, working with creative teams and agencies to produce high-quality materials for media outreach.
  • Monthly Always-On PR Assets:Coordinate the creation of always-on PR assets that can be utilized across various touchpoints and markets.
  • Ad-Hoc Market Communication Requests:Support the communication teams across various markets with requests such as interviews, quotes from founders, and other tailored assets.
  • Influence & Organic Social Monthly Reports:Prepare and assist with the creation of monthly influence and PR reports, tracking campaign performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Lead & Manage Community:Manage and grow the brand’s community on platforms, ensuring timely interaction and engagement with followers.
Your role:
  • Student in 4th or 5th year in communication or business school.
  • Previous experience in communication, PR, marketing, or a related field (internship experience is a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail in French and English.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing, community management, and social media platforms.
  • Experience using communication tools like Kolsquare and Skeepers is a plus.
  • Proactive, creative, and adaptable to the fast-paced nature of brand communication.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
