A global supply chain solutions provider in Marseille is looking for a Global Business Control Senior Manager to oversee IT controlling activities within its Finance organization. The role includes leading financial closing processes, conducting variance analysis, and providing strategic financial insights to top management. Candidates should possess a valid degree in finance, 5–6 years of relevant experience, and strong leadership and analytical skills. Knowledge of French and English is essential. Team management experience is a must.

YOU ROLE

The IT Global Business Control Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing IT controlling activities within the Finance organization at CEVA.

This role ensures accurate monthly and quarterly financial closing, variance analysis against budget, and dedicated reporting on key areas such as WIP, CAPEX, and project follow‑up to provide strategic insights to top management.

The position also drives process improvements, including the transfer of tasks to offshoring teams and improving existing processes, including better formalization, structure and governance.

Additionally, the role includes managing and developing a team of 9 IT Controllers and Admin based in Paris, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

• Lead monthly and quarterly closing processes for IT financials.
• Perform variance analysis versus budget and forecast; identify and explain deltas.
• Conduct dedicated analyses on WIP, CAPEX, and project financial performance.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting for IT management and global leadership.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to IT leadership and top management.

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of 9 IT Controllers and IT Admin based in Paris.
• Foster a collaborative and high‑performance culture within the team.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English and French.
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in financial control or FP&A roles, preferably in IT or technology‑driven environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team (leadership skills with capacity to motivate and develop teams).
• Strong analytical (ability to perform detailed analysis) and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven experience in managing teams and driving process improvements.
