We are urgently hiring German-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a well-known international company. These roles are fully remote from Portugal and offered exclusively through our agency.

About the Role

As part of the customer support team, you will provide inbound assistance to drivers in need of roadside support.

No sales involved just clear and empathetic communication over the phone.

You will handle incoming calls, provide calm and helpful responses in emergency situations, and coordinate basic support.

Who Were Looking For

• Native German speaker with B2 level English
• Calm under pressure, friendly, and helpful
• Able to work on rotating shifts (40 hours / week, 24 / 7; 2 days off)
• Also Possible to work on normal dayshift.
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
