The focus of the Klick Strategy team is defining how, when, and where a pharmaceutical brand should interact with its target audiences to drive effective customer engagement and measurable business outcomes. We advise our clients on key elements of their go-to-market strategy, including: audience targeting, channel mix, marketing ecosystem design, and performance measurement & optimisation. We see this as a team sport, so we frequently orchestrate the involvement of a broad range of in-house subject matter experts and crafts to maximise business results for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the go-to-market strategy (targeting, channel mix, marketing ecosystem design, performance measurement) for one or more accounts, with each account consisting of one or more brands.
  • Help contribute to shaping and defining a brand’s identity, positioning, narrative and perception in the market.
  • For some accounts, the ability to apply the masterbrand strategic plan and optimise for France and/or the surrounding region.
  • Formulate solutions to clients’ marketing challenges and produce related project briefs.
  • Analyse brand performance and recommend optimisations.
  • Provide market intelligence for global projects (when assigned or asked).
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in marketing, with the majority in pharma and healthcare marketing, preferably in an agency role.
  • Intellectual curiosity, paired with an affinity and aptitude for creative problem-solving.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Proven experience working within the French market.
  • Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to interpret data to inform business recommendations.
  • Proven ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
