Description du poste

Cross Border Talents is looking for a Freelance Recruitment Specialist with a minimum of 6 months of experience to join our team. This is a remote and commission-based opportunity where you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and building strong relationships with potential talent.

You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Location: Open to candidates based in Lyon

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing

  • Minimum English level: B2

  • Strong interviewing and negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

  • Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes

  • Experience in international recruitment is a plus

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
