As a Freelance French HR Consulting Specialist, you will serve as a trusted advisor to international businesses navigating the complexities of HR management in France. Working remotely, you will provide tailored, on-demand consulting support to address critical HR challenges, ensuring clients align with local regulations and cultural norms.

  • Collaborate with clients via virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams) to understand their needs and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
Requirements
  • Proven HR Expertise in France: Long-term experience working in the French HR industry, with in-depth knowledge of local labor policies, compensation frameworks, corporate culture, and employee relations.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and French (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with clients and interpret cross-cultural HR needs.
  • Remote Consulting Experience: Prior experience providing online / remote HR consulting services is highly preferred. You should be comfortable using digital tools to deliver advice and build client relationships.
