Join our dynamic team at TOMRA Food as a Field Service Engineer, where you''ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our cutting-edge food sorting systems. We''re seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to take on the challenge of providing top-notch customer service, encompassing commissioning, operation, testing, integration, optimisation, maintenance, training, and repair activities primarily in France.
Reporting directly to our French Team Leader, you''ll be an integral part of our field service team. Based ideally in the North of France between Paris and Lille, you''ll be responsible for promptly responding to equipment and customer issues both on-site and remotely. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering detailed field reports following each installation or technical intervention, while also conducting training sessions for our customers'' maintenance and service staff.
