A global supplier of industrial components seeks a Distribution Sales Manager based in Bordeaux, France. Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of sales and marketing experience in B2B key account management.
  • 5 years of people management experience in an industrial environment.
  • Experience with electrical/electronic/electro-mechanical products preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Europe, up to 50% of the time.

Responsabilités

  • Develop and execute the EMEA distribution sales strategy.
  • Lead the distribution team to establish relationships with key distributors.
  • Monitor key metrics and analyze data to measure performance.
  • Set pricing policies aligned with revenue targets.
  • Promote and train select distributors to maximize revenue.
  • Manage New Product Introductions and oversee product launches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for total supply chain coordination.
  • Share insights on market requirements and competitor activities.
