Digital Service Manager – Personal Productivity Services

Automotive Business

Do you want to be part of managing digital transformation in a global organization where collaboration and innovation are at the heart of everything we do?

As a Digital Service Manager for Personal Productivity Services, you will be accountable for the life‑cycle management of centrally distributed client applications, core SaaS services, and managed print services. Your mission is to realize optimal business value of the personal productivity solution services managed in the portfolio. You will work closely with colleagues responsible for Microsoft 365 applications, IAM, office and factory PCs, and IT service management, as well as manage service providers to guarantee high‑quality delivery aligned with business objectives.

If you thrive on creating value through smart digital solutions, this is your opportunity to take ownership of a critical domain and drive progress in a secure and compliant manner.

What you can expect in the role

  • Life‑cycle management: Govern centrally installed client applications through request and approval processes, catalog management, periodic access reviews, security vulnerability follow‑up, and license control.
  • SaaS tools: Initiate, contract, and deploy selected SaaS tools that enhance personal productivity based on global and local needs.
  • Managed print services: Initiate, contract, and govern managed print services according to global and site‑specific requirements.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with users and stakeholders to understand needs and ensure high‑quality service delivery.
  • Catalogue and user support: Provide information and user support through ServiceNow catalogue and request processes.
  • Security and compliance: Ensure all applications and SaaS tools meet security and regulatory standards (ISO27001, GDPR/PIPL, SOC2, NIST).
  • Outsourced service management: Manage relationships with outsourced providers to ensure alignment and quality delivery.
  • Budget management: Oversee applicable budgets for cost‑effective resource allocation.

In summary, you will manage this domain end‑to‑end, taking full selection and operational responsibility to ensure the optimal business value is realized. While you will lead and coordinate work across teams, the position does not include direct personnel management responsibilities.

You will enjoy working here if you have

  • Relevant academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in digital workplaces with a proven track record of managing client applications and SaaS tools in a global environment.
  • Experience ensuring IT productivity services meet security and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO27001, GDPR/PIPL, SOC2, NIST).
  • Experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL and systems like ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency in managing relationships with outsourced service providers to ensure high‑quality service delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Ability to respond effectively to technological developments and innovative practices.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, active involvement.
  • Proficient English language skills both in spoken and in writing.
