As an AI Developer, you will contribute to the development, maintenance, and improvement of our software solutions that transform data into business value, with a particular focus on Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI technologies.

You will be part of the Digital Transformation Office and collaborate closely with all ALE departments, including Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Business Divisions.

Your mission will be to design and implement concrete data-driven use cases that address the needs of these departments.

Your objective is to deliver AI-powered services that enhance customer satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and improve the operational efficiency of our services.

What am I responsible for?

• Contribute to the development, deployment, and maintenance of software components, ensuring consistency across systems.
• Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and test new features.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and fix bugs in existing applications.
• Support the industrialization of software solutions in terms of maintainability, documentation, and resilience.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices (standardization, reuse, process improvements, etc.).
• Stay up to date with trends and advancements in Generative AI and related technologies.
