Over the years Sharda Cropchem Limited has made deep inroads in the highly developed European, LATAM and US markets. The core strategy continues to focus around increasing the portfolio of products through smart IP management.

POSTE / MISSIONS

Sharda needs a skilled Country Manager to supervise the business development and management. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales in crop protection market, as well as skills related to strategic analysis and marketing. In this role, the Country Business Manager will be responsible for strategic business development planning, developing relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and supporting deals closing. Function will be national and will need a strong autonomy with regular contact with regulatory and commercial colleagues in the country.

Main Missions
  • Business development & Sales Management: responsibility of sales budget achievement (KPI): turnover, margin, pricing policy in TH
  • Company presentation to potential clients and creation of winning contract proposals of clients
  • Development of relationships with Key Accounts while maintaining existing smaller clients’ relationships
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market, mainly for arable crops
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
Marketing & Customer Service
  • Be proactive to develop the brand, the range, the registration of Sharda’s products
  • Attend professional event to deploy brand and image of the company
  • Coordinate technical data and experimentation network with customer’s expectations
  • Establish a benchmark for market evolution of new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction in line with company spirit
LE PROFIL
  • Master in Life Science and/or Business with a Crop Protection experienced
  • Thai (native) + Fluent English
  • Proactive & Pragmatic, result-oriented, and good communication skills
