The core strategy continues to focus around increasing the portfolio of products through smart IP management.
Sharda needs a skilled Country Manager to supervise the business development and management. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales in crop protection market, as well as skills related to strategic analysis and marketing. In this role, the Country Business Manager will be responsible for strategic business development planning, developing relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and supporting deals closing. Function will be national and will need a strong autonomy with regular contact with regulatory and commercial colleagues in the country.
