Overview

Intertek is currently participating in a major tender for FLNG project and in anticipation of a project award, we are seeking an experienced a dedicated Company Representative / Engineering Manager to oversee project execution and ensure adherence to engineering standards and company protocols.

This role will serve as the key point of contact between clients and the engineering teams, driving collaboration and strategic alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main liaison for clients, providing technical expertise and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project duration.
  • Lead project engineering teams, coordinating resources and setting priorities to meet project objectives efficiently.
  • Manage the engineering deliverables, ensuring compliance with international standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between various stakeholders, including subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project performance and report on status, risks, and issues, proactively proposing solutions to mitigate any challenges.
  • Ensure all engineering documentation is accurate, timely, and maintained in compliance with company policies.
  • Support the development and mentoring of team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience within the engineering sector, with a track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and client interactions.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, project lifecycle, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team building and development.
  • Proficiency in project management and engineering software tools.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CEng) are a plus.
