What you get to do in this role :

  • OPEN TO APPLICATIONS ACROSS EMEA
  • You will engage with our largest customers' C-Suite Executives, leveraging your extensive CRM and operational transformational experience to articulate how breakthrough business outcomes are achieved on the NOW platform. You will also advise and collaborate with internal Executives, Sales, and Strategy teams to develop strategic product and GTM strategies, including enabling the global field community.
  • Accelerate sales cycles by working closely with strategic customer CXOs (Fortune 500).
  • Assist Customer CXOs in building their transformation strategies.
  • Enhance C-suite awareness by creating industry-leading transformation frameworks that help ServiceNow's strategic clients accelerate their transformations.
  • Develop and drive prospect pipelines through hosting CXO roundtables, delivering industry keynotes, and leading other executive-level field marketing activities.
  • Provide feedback on product and marketing content to Engineering and Field Marketing teams.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you have :

  • Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's impact on the industry.
  • 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles leading large, innovative technology organizations with breakthrough outcomes; former C-level or VP level preferred.
  • Deep CRM expertise and the ability to position ServiceNow as a leader in CRM.
  • Experience leading customer service or support functions, with understanding of call center operations, customer retention, and employee engagement.
  • Fluency in CRM's business value.
  • Experience leading large-scale business transformations, specializing in CRM.
  • Extensive experience engaging with external customers, articulating product benefits, and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Experience with SaaS/PaaS and ServiceNow products is ideal.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate across internal and external organizations, including Engineering, Sales, Partners, and ISVs.
  • Executive-level presentation skills, including large briefings and small roundtables.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, metric-driven environment.
  • Ideal candidates are experienced CIOs, CTOs, or COOs.
  • Experience as an executive-level consultant or CXO advisor is preferred.
