Your Mission

As part of its growth, Goodness & Co is looking for a passionate and creative intern to help deploy our marketing and communications strategy.

You will work alongside our leadership team and contribute to the following responsibilities:

  • Support the design and implementation of Goodness & Co’s engagement, communication, and marketing strategy – for the company and its key spokespeople,
  • Propose and write engaging content in English and French across our communication platforms (LinkedIn, website), transforming complex ideas into clear and compelling narratives (e.g. newsletter, articles, posts, videos/visuals, case studies…)
  • Coordinate community management on our digital platforms in collaboration with our partner agencies (LinkedIn, website)
  • Monitor the performance of communication actions (based on KPIs) and make recommendations
  • Update institutional materials (brand guidelines, invitations, presentations…)
  • Maintain and share a central calendar of events & publications
  • Support the organization of internal and external events
  • Master’s degree (or final year) in Marketing, Communications, or related field,
  • Fluency in French & English (spoken and written) is essential, with great attention to detail,
  • Strong interest in positive impact and purpose-driven business,
  • Comfortable using (or eager to learn) communication tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Wordpress, etc.),
  • Proficient in visual creation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, iMovie or equivalents),
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively,
  • Solution-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills,
  • Curious and proactive, with the ability to propose new topics and take initiative,
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities,
  • A first experience in content creation or editorial work is a plus,
  • Position based in Lyon, with flexibility for remote work,
  • Start date: January 2026
