Global Marketing Operations Director (F / M / X)

The Director Global Marketing Operations is a new role that will enable Sephoras success worldwide, partnering with our regional teams to scale marketing content creation, asset management and optimize our collective efficiency.

The role will report to the Global VP Integrated Marketing.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :

Master project management
  • Delivery of structured, detail-oriented project management across various workstreams.
  • Transforms complex workstreams into simple and manageable processes.
  • Ensures global stakeholders and teams are updated, prepared and have full visibility of timings, key milestones and actions across all Marketing Operations projects.
  • Creates new and revised processes to ensure our global deliverables meet regional and local market needs.
  • Identifies ways to simplify efforts (time / cost) while maximizing collaboration and brand excellence.
  • Manages relationships with key agencies and production partners; ensures that Sephora has a strong set of global collaborators.
  • Understands and leads best practices in content production, studio management, art buying, and usage rights internationally; optimizes assets for global sharing.
Back-office technology and marketing automation
  • Sponsors the development of back-office tools (Digital Asset Management, Project Management, User Rights, GenAI for Content Creation etc.) needed to scale marketing now and in the future. Leads continuous improvement and utilization of these tools.
  • Helps the marketing team stay current in contemporary creative development practices to maximize productivity and impact.
  • Champions tests in modern marketing content development, including dynamic content creation, translation, GenAI, and other means of creation and distribution at scale.
  • Serves as a master librarian of Sephora global content and provides guidance to markets to ensure our tools are adopted effectively and maintained worldwide.
Community-building
  • Supports connections between regional marketing teams and continuously refines the way we collaborate with regions and keep them included and updated on Global initiatives.
  • Facilitates knowledge sharing and best practice exchange among regional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
