A leading resort company in Paris is seeking a skilled Technical Services Manager Assistant to oversee maintenance operations and support the management team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering and experience in a hospitality environment, with fluent English and strong communication skills. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to guest satisfaction.
Direct report to Technical Services Manager
Assisting the Technical Services Manager in leading the team of technicians and managing relationships with sub-suppliers.
Regularly carrying out preventive maintenance measures.
Ensuring the maintenance and repair of machines and equipment in the resort.
Ensuring the application and respect of hygiene and safety procedures.
Participating in administrative tasks.
Being fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the resort.
Handling guest inquiries courteously and efficiently, reporting guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found, and following up with guests.
Implementing flexible scheduling based on business patterns.
Maintaining a high standard of personal appearance at all times.
Helping to promote and participate in various activities and events in the resort.

Hospitality & Tourism industry with 5,001-10,000 employees.
