Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience at the same level as Assistant Maintenance/HVAC/Engineering.
• Experience in 4 or 5-star hotels or resorts preferred.
• Able to work long hours and under pressure.

Direct report to Technical Services Manager

Assisting the Technical Services Manager in leading the team of technicians and managing relationships with sub-suppliers.

Regularly carrying out preventive maintenance measures.

Ensuring the maintenance and repair of machines and equipment in the resort.

Ensuring the application and respect of hygiene and safety procedures.

Participating in administrative tasks.

Being fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the resort.

Handling guest inquiries courteously and efficiently, reporting guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found, and following up with guests.

Implementing flexible scheduling based on business patterns.

Maintaining a high standard of personal appearance at all times.

Helping to promote and participate in various activities and events in the resort.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience at the same level as Assistant Maintenance/HVAC/Engineering/Technical Services Manager.
• Experience in 4 or 5-star hotels or resorts is preferred.
• Energetic with positive thinking.
• Outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
• Good organization and interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in English; speaking other foreign languages (e.g., French or Mandarin) is a plus.
• Team player, yet autonomous and capable of multi-tasking.
• Able to work long hours and under pressure.
• Willing to travel/relocate abroad for a period of 12 months.
