Lithe People is delighted to be working with a renowned global business transformation consultancy on one of their blue‑chip assignments in the pharma industry. We are looking to engage a freelance Agile Coach to support our client with their client's ongoing transformation. The end client is based in Paris, and the successful candidate will need to be someone with current authorisation to work unrestricted in France. There is a hybrid onsite commitment, so you will need to be based in the Ile de France region, or be prepared to relocate there for the duration of the contract.
The transformation is on-going, and our client have been involved with it for 18 months. They have an established team in place with a lead. The transformation is at business level rather than pure IT, so recent experience in business agility is required. There are 2 working languages: French and English. The successful applicant will be comfortable working in either. The work will be at team level more than enterprise, although as with all such engagements you will need to be comfortable supporting all levels throughout the business. The end client uses their own framework, so it is important that you are framework‑agnostic. Previous experience in the pharma industry is also a 100% requirement.
The initial contract will be short‑term (3-4 months), although there may be the possibility of an extension. Since the contract is short, what will be most important for the new Agile Coach will be to hit the ground running, and make an almost instant impact.
This is a brilliant opportunity to be involved with a high‑profile business transformation with a high‑profile company.
