We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Support Technician to join our Quality Assurance team . The successful candidate will support manufacturing operations and ensure compliance with quality standards , focusing on documentation review and project support for new equipment implementation.

Please note: Although the primary location for this role is Barcelona , for approximately the first 6 months the selected candidate will be required to work 100% on-site in Riells i Viabrea , followed by involvement in other pharmaceutical or biotech projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Manufacturing Technicians with daily quality-related activities, including the review of Batch Dossiers and verification of accurate and complete documentation.
• Support the Manufacturing Representative in the implementation of the new Granulation Line by:

- Ensuring the necessary Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are created, approved, and properly maintained.

- Coordinating and documenting training and qualification activities for operators working on the new Granulation Line.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with GMP regulations and internal quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA and Manufacturing departments.

Ideal Profile:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated manufacturing environment .
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy .
• Familiarity with SOPs, training records, and quality documentation .
• Team-oriented mindset with effective communication and organizational skills .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
