• Build and maintain robust partnerships with clients, prioritizing impact over shortterm fixes.
• Monitor and assess campaign performance, ensuring strategies are implemented effectively and results continually improve.
• Align marketing initiatives with clients broader business objectives, translating goals into powerful advertising outcomes.
• Share expertlevel guidance on advanced Google Ads tools, features, and innovations.

• BA / BS in Marketing, Business, or equivalent professional track record in the field.
• Nativelevel (C2) German + strong command of English (written & spoken).
• 12 years in sales or online advertisingGoogle Ads expertise strongly preferred.
• Proven success in digital marketing, particularly with larger businesses in retail, travel, or similar industries.
• Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and the ability to provide advanced marketing consultations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building long-term trust.

• Competitive package : 30,000 / year + up to 3,500 / year bonus.
