  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to assess reseller engagement and growth potential.
  • Strengthen partner loyalty through training, certifications, and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure partners fully leverage promotional campaigns, events, and incentive programs.
  • Collaborate with partners to increase revenue via strategic campaigns and lead generation activities.Support partners in qualifying and closing opportunities, including assisting with high‑value deal negotiations.
  • Coordinate with telemarketing, end‑user sales, and internal teams to maximize revenue and enhance partner satisfaction.
  • Oversee the execution of partner marketing plans — managing budgets, co‑marketing activities, and tracking ROI.
  • Represent the company at local partner events to nurture and expand strategic relationships.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in German (C2 level)
