We are seeking a
Receptionist
to join our team. Your responsibilities will include :
Organizing all reception tasks, including check-in, check-out, and guest services throughout their stay.
Managing guest inquiries via phone and in person, providing concierge services and luggage storage.
Reviewing reservations, conducting night audits, and performing other duties as assigned by the reception supervisor.
Requirements :
Degree in Tourism, Master in Marketing, or similar, with specific training in tourism quality.
At least 2 years of experience in customer service within the hotel sector.
additional languages are a plus.
Knowledge of office software, hotel management systems, CRM, and ISO standards is valued.
