Currently, we are seeking a German-speaking Junior Campaign Specialist to join our vibrant team in Barcelona. As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in helping clients succeed with their online ad campaigns, contributing to the company’s growth.

Role Overview:
In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor for new clients in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region, assisting them with launching and optimizing their PPC campaigns. You will collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, set up campaigns, and offer continuous support to ensure successful outcomes. Your contributions will be vital to customer satisfaction, campaign performance, and uncovering opportunities for additional sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding & Campaign Setup: Serve as the primary contact for new clients, guiding them through the onboarding process and assisting with campaign setup on our platform.
  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze client campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Consultation & Strategy: Understand clients’ goals and propose customized PPC strategies to help them achieve success. Provide ongoing consultation to ensure clients maximize campaign value.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report on client campaigns, ensuring they meet their KPIs. Offer insights and recommendations to enhance performance, while building strong, trust-based client relationships.
  • Client Support & Problem Solving: Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring prompt solutions that maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional services or features to enhance clients’ campaigns and help them achieve their objectives.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with customer success, sales, and technical teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment with client goals.
  • Continuous Learning & Growth: Stay updated with industry trends and platform features, continuously improving your knowledge of digital marketing to better serve clients.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Language Skills: Native or near-native German (C2 level) and fluent English (C1/C2 level) for effective communication with German-speaking clients.
  • Education: A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, though relevant work experience may suffice.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or online advertising, with familiarity in PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) being a plus.
  • Client-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping clients succeed and building long-term relationships.
  • Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze data, recognize trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
