• Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of data governance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective data management practices.
• Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate data governance strategies.
• Develop and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and onboarding for new team members.
• Work closely with data stewards, business units, and other stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and resolve data quality issues.
• Maintain and continuously improve documentation related to data governance standards.
• Organize and lead data governance meetings, discussions, and workshops.
• Drive change management initiatives within data governance.

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Data Governance.
