Digital Project Manager
you lead various IT projects, from full ERP deployment projects to domains specific upgrade. Specially on Finance and Controlling area. The main mission is to lead IT projects in full responsibility, including :
Functional team management (project team)Meeting our service commitments (delivery, cost, deadlines, quality),Follow budget actuals monthly and report accordingly, trigger internal chargeback with controlling teamBusiness relations, internal reporting and governance meetingsProject methodology and associated PMO activities – securing methodology is appliedContribute to project pre-studies as needed, and support anticipation phasesChange Management excellenceProject governance & steering committeesManage escalation, in alignment with E.IT Europe leadership teamCommunicate project updatesShare resources challenges to E.IT Europe leadership teamLiaise with other internal partners and with external partners when neededLead continuous improvement actionsProject Manager Officer for the teamManage the team financial aspect, ensure efficient billing and rechargesDelivery the financial strategy at European level. Manage portfolio of demands and support their delivery. Support new demands / projects from pre-study to productionManage the sourcing strategy :
people allocation, hirings etc..Manage the team improvement plan :
