Your Mission

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Software or System Architect to support our groundbreaking interactive show at the Real Madrid soccer stadium. This pivotal role combines expertise in software architecture and system integration to deliver a seamless and engaging experience for audiences. You will be part of a dedicated team, working closely with various experts to design, implement, and optimize complex multimedia systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architectural Design and Integration:
   • Develop and oversee the architecture of both software and hardware systems to ensure seamless integration of audiovisual elements, control systems, and interactive technologies.
   • Design and document system architecture, including technical specifications, diagrams, and testing procedures.
2. Technical Leadership:
   • Act as the lead technical expert for the project, guiding the development team through all phases including analysis, design, implementation, and testing.
   • Collaborate with the Technical Directors and other stakeholders to validate project requirements, budget, and timelines.
   • Provide leadership in system design, API development, and ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
3. System and Software Development:
   • Design and implement software solutions, including APIs and system integrations, to support interactive and immersive experiences.
   • Manage and coordinate the development of technical deliverables, ensuring high quality and timely completion.
   • Conduct evaluations and recommend technologies and methodologies to improve system performance and reliability.
4. Client and Team Collaboration:
   • Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, translating their needs into actionable deliverables and ensuring their satisfaction with the final product.
   • Work closely with production teams, including developers and designers, to ensure alignment on project goals and technical solutions.
   • Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and industry trends to drive innovation and enhance processes.
   • Participate in the development and maintenance of internal standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in software development and system architecture, with a solid understanding of multimedia technologies.
• Proven track record of leading technical projects and working directly with clients.
• Proficiency with various technologies including Windows and Linux environments, network systems, storage solutions, virtualization, and show-control systems.
• Knowledge of programming languages, API design, and interactive technologies.
• Familiarity with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, JIRA, GitLab, and Confluence.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (preferred, but not required).
