Computer Science newly graduated to provide support to the “FSS Solutions team” as growing scope of global maintenance and new technology implementation (Azure, E-invoicing, Planon, Kofax enhancements, Reporting, future EMS, training) is causing service bottlenecks and potential business interruptions with current resource allocation.

The position is meant to deal with the worldwide technical support activities for the Finance & back-office operations delivered by the Schindler Shared Service Center located in Madrid for PtP.

Key Responsibilities:

The candidate should understand the technical business systems and procedures and will be involved in the implementation and support of applications to help the organization operate more efficiently and effectively.

The candidate should identify and solve problems, perform systems administration functions, and become familiar with a variety of different environments, cloud platforms, and other technologies.

The candidate should be able to understand and enhance code in object-oriented programming languages such as Java and be prepared to work with other languages like ABAP, JSON, or SQL.

Main Responsibilities will include the following tasks:
  • Help with the technical support of the OCR software components by Kofax.
  • Collaborate on the development of interfaces on SAP CPI, using Java and XML as programming languages.
  • Collaborate on the technical support and development of Logic Applications on MS Azure (Document Intelligence), using JSON as programming language.
  • Collaborate on the technical support and development of new reports on MS Power BI.
  • Gain knowledge for the support and development of functionalities on Process Director by Kofax, using ABAP as programming language.
  • Be able to install new programs and updates to existing programs mentioned above.
