🎯 What You'll Do
As part of our inside sales team, you'll:
- Manage structured follow-up calls with interested prospects
- Represent a premium automotive brand with integrity and attention to detail
- Guide customers through their purchase decisions, addressing concerns and offering insights
- Document key findings and interactions to support the wider sales team
- Build lasting relationships by offering consistent and high-quality communication
- Uphold the brand’s reputation for excellence in every customer interaction
- Speak German fluently and have advanced English skills
- Hold a high school diploma (or higher) – background in business, communication or automotive is a plus
- Mandatory experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or luxury sectors
- Communicate professionally and confidently, especially with high-end customers
- Are passionate about the automotive industry and premium products
- Are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with structured workflows and reporting
- Either hold an EU passport or a valid Spanish work permit

- Permanent contract, 39 hours/week
- Rotating shifts Monday–Saturday between 09:00–20:00
- Performance bonus: up to €3,000 gross/year
