About the role
As a Senior Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities and managing long-term relationships with clients, including IT resellers, system integrators, and end users. You’ll join a lean and agile commercial team, working closely with directors and logistics partners to deliver fast, cost-effective solutions to customers. This is a strategic sales position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is motivated by results, and wants to help scale a company with a clear value proposition and growing presence in the IT distribution market.
Role Highlights:
- Position: Senior Sales Representative.
- Type of work: Flexible work mode from Sitges, Cataluña, Spain.
- Work from office requirements: 1-2 days per week from the office (especially in the first months), the rest of days from home.
- Type of contract: Full-time permanent employment agreement.
- Contract location: Spain.

- Years of experience required: 5 years of experience.
- Must-have skills: Demonstrated ability to sell IT solutions to end users, IT resellers, or integrators while consistently meeting sales targets. Strong commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach. Proven experience in IT sales, including cold calling and hardware sales. A successful track record of achieving sales objectives. Language proficiency: Native Spanish speaker, a good level of English, and knowledge of Catalan (preferred but not required).
- Nice-to-have skills: Familiarity with Cisco or HP products would be beneficial.

What will you do
- Identify and convert new leads into long-term customers across Europe and beyond
- Manage existing accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
- Promote the company’s portfolio of new and refurbished IT equipment and pre-owned Microsoft licenses
- Stay on top of market trends and competitor pricing to offer attractive and timely quotes
- Collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure product availability and fast delivery
- Build strong client relationships based on trust, transparency, and excellent service
- Help shape the commercial strategy by providing insights on customer needs and regional opportunities
Ideally you bring
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in IT distribution, hardware, or technology-related fields
- Strong network or understanding of IT resellers and system integrators
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach
- Ability to manage multiple sales cycles and prioritize high-impact opportunities
- Experience using CRM tools and handling quotations with tight response times
- A team-player attitude with strong business ethics and a customer-first mindset
