And you might be thinking: This is great, what will my day-to-day be like, at TDC? I’m glad you asked.

• Collaborate with Business Product Owners to understand business objectives, needs, and priorities.
• Lead the elicitation of business requirements and translate them into solution designs that make a real impact.
• Create as-is and to-be models, including personas, user stories, processes, user journeys, and success metrics to shape customer experiences.
• Plan and conduct engaging elicitation sessions and deliver high-quality project documentation.
• Prioritize requirements to generate Minimum Viable Products (MVP) and Minimum Lovable Products (MLP).
• Approve specifications and solution designs provided by the Solution Architect, ensuring quality and alignment.
• Identify dependencies and impacts across systems and workstreams for seamless project delivery.
• Work closely with Subject Matter Experts and development teams to bring solutions to life.
• Support Change Management activities through documentation and training, helping stakeholders embrace new ways of working.
• Support post-implementation activities, including problem-solving, measuring benefits, and adapting the product as needed.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment on project goals.
• Identify proactively risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Keep documentation accurate and accessible for all relevant stakeholders.
• Suggest improvements to business processes and systems based on findings and feedback.

• 1. Individual Contribution & Technical Requirements
  • At least 7 years’ experience in a Senior Business Analyst role, ideally in mobile app development within large, complex organizations.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, requirement engineering, design thinking, and agile methodology skills.
  • Advanced written and spoken English communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
  • Highly organized, systematic, and detail-oriented.
• 2. Project Management Skills
  • Experience planning, prioritizing, and managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ability to work in dynamic, fast-changing environments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven track record supporting change management and organizational transformation.
  • Experience in the insurance industry, especially Commercial Insurance, is a plus.
• 3. People & Stakeholder Management Skills
  • Team player skilled at building and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Good self-management and stress resilience.
  • Open-minded, innovative thinker who embraces new ideas and approaches.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Spanish and German language skills are a plus.
