About the role 🤓

EduQa is one of SeQura’s strategic verticals and is currently going through a strong growth phase. Over the past quarters, the product has evolved from a specialised BNPL solution for education to a full Platform‑as‑a‑Service (PaaS), enabling education centres to self‑finance their students and operate internationally.

The scope of projects, integrations, and new markets has expanded significantly. The current product team is operating at full capacity. This new role is being created to strengthen the Product Management function, ensure focus on both discovery and delivery, and support ongoing international expansion.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead initiatives across the EduQa ecosystem, accelerate product development, and ensure strategic alignment with EduQa’s vision and SeQura’s broader company priorities.

At SeQura, Product Managers are product leaders, not backlog owners. You will ensure that we’re building the right things, for the right reasons, and in the right way. You will connect real user problems with business priorities and technical possibilities, own the full product lifecycle, and focus on delivering meaningful outcomes, not just output.

Key Focus Areas 🚀

Strategic & Outcome‑Oriented:

  • Connect user needs, market signals, and business strategy into a clear product direction.
  • Think platform‑first: make decisions that serve current needs while enabling future scale and adaptability.
  • Measure success by user and business impact, not by feature count.

Customer‑Centric Product Thinking:

  • Understand our users—education centres and students—and translate insights into product opportunities that drive adoption, operational efficiency, and satisfaction.
  • Start with the problem, not the solution. Collaborate with research, data, and stakeholders to define the opportunity clearly.

End‑to‑End Ownership

  • Own the product lifecycle: from discovery to delivery and iteration, measuring impact continuously.
  • Stay close to users and results after launch; iterate based on what you learn.
  • Decide when to improve, scale, or deprecate features that no longer add value.

Stakeholder Partnership & Business Impact:

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Risk, Finance, Legal, and Growth teams.
  • Align product outcomes with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and market opportunities.

Insight‑Driven & Experimentation:

  • Use data and qualitative insights to make informed decisions.
  • Run experiments when uncertainty exists, validating hypotheses before scaling.

Team Player & Clear Communicator:

  • Partner with engineers, designers, and analysts as one team, not as a handoff function.
  • Communicate context clearly and proactively to protect focus and align priorities.

What you’ll need 🤝

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B2C, fintech, platform, or education‑related environments.
  • Proven track record leading complex product or integration initiatives, ideally across multiple markets.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into a cohesive product vision.
  • Strong analytical skills and data‑informed decision‑making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
  • Experience leading teams and driving end‑to‑end product initiatives.
  • Comfortable partnering with Engineering, Design, Risk, Finance, Legal, and Growth teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in fintech, payments, BNPL, or the education industry.
  • Technical background or studies in engineering, business, or economics.
  • Familiarity with PaaS, multi‑sided platforms, or multi‑entity products.
  • Knowledge of modern product discovery frameworks.
