What you will do:

• The Prime Business Analyst’s mission is to contribute to the Prime strategic roadmap with business insights and generate insights from data analysis that drive program improvements.
• Responsible for execution of key analysis: the data entry point for the business team, owning the database from the business side, gathering data, and presenting key insights to contribute to the Prime strategic roadmap with numbers.
• Elaborate business cases to support strategic product decisions, such as evaluating the profitability of free trials or the inclusion of benefits into the program.
• Create dashboards and tracking: master internal Business Intelligence tools to monitor and track key business KPIs, working with data engineering and data science teams to leverage internal data.
• Contribute to the delivery of Prime strategic projects by participating in key internal projects and ensuring effective delivery of desired outcomes.
• Work together with product and marketing teams in project execution, providing analytical and business support.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, etc.).
• Experience in a role with a strong analytical component is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL, experience working with databases and large datasets, and proficiency with Google Data Studio (required).
• Advanced Office skills and strong experience with analytical tools, ideally within the Google toolset (spreadsheets, Google Docs, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills, fast‑learner, high attention to detail, focused on results and productivity.
• Self‑starter and team player who enjoys fun and collaboration.
• Business proficiency in English.
