We are opening a new office in Madrid and are looking for our first hire — a talented Operations Manager who will help establish the company’s local presence and build solid operational foundations.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for setting up and managing day-to-day operations in Spain, coordinating with internal teams and the vendor, and developing efficient processes that ensure smooth execution of sales, finance, and customer operations.

This is a foundational role, ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys process building, autonomy, and collaboration in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and manage local operations processes (order management, invoicing, reporting).
  • Coordinate with internal teams and the vendor on operational, financial, and contractual matters.
  • Define and maintain Salesforce workflows to automate and streamline business operations.
  • Manage Salesforce consultants to ensure configurations align with internal requirements and best practices.
  • Design, document, and improve operational processes to support scalability and compliance.
  • Support the preparation and submission of public tenders in Spain and Portugal.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and partners to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
  • Oversee administrative aspects related to HR, legal, and procurement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, process development, or project coordination.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce administration or workflow definition.
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (Italian or Portuguese a plus).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with distributed teams and external partners.
