Define and implement global infrastructure standards, architectures, and best practices. Oversee relationships with key technology vendors and manage infrastructure service contracts (SLAs, KPIs). Collaborate with cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and application teams to ensure secure and efficient infrastructure integration. Monitor and report on infrastructure performance, availability, and cost-effectiveness. Build and lead a high-performing, globally distributed infrastructure team. Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization initiatives.
Main Challenges: Develop and execute a global IT infrastructure strategy that supports current and future business needs. Ensure the high availability, performance, security, and scalability of all IT infrastructure services. Lead the standardization and global alignment of cloud, data center, and networking operations. Drive continuous improvement in IT operations through automation, AI-driven monitoring, and AIOps. Strengthen IT governance, regulatory compliance, and financial transparency and control across all infrastructure functions. Important chemical multinational is looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager Global Position Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role Proven experience with hybrid cloud environments, enterprise networking, and infrastructure-as-code. Strong understanding of ITIL practices, service management, and operational excellence. Solid track record in leading transformation initiatives and driving innovation in infrastructure operations.
