We are a company specialized in the manufacturing of components for electric, hybrid, and internal combustion vehicles. We have the support of 4,000 employees across 6 countries, operating in 13 production units and 3 engineering centers to serve more than 100 clients.

Lead the definition and implementation of the maintenance system to ensure the proper functioning of the machinery and equipment.
Monitor, control, and achieve the Maintenance Department’s budget.
Support the development of the maintenance team, fostering a committed and cohesive team with clearly defined objectives and responsibilities.
Ensure the health and safety of employees by complying with and enforcing occupational risk prevention regulations, as well as the company’s environmental policy.
Manage the search, negotiation, planning, and supervision of external contractors to ensure a cost-effective and efficient contribution.
Analyze daily plant incidents.
Supervise the procurement of spare parts.
Organize and manage the economic and technological resources available to ensure the effective performance of maintenance activities at the plant.
Technical education.
Proven experience leading maintenance teams in an industrial environment.
