A global leader in electrical equipment is seeking a Head of Sales to lead the Electrical Safety Solutions Business Unit. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving market expansion across international markets. The ideal candidate should have proven sales leadership experience, strong technical understanding, and the ability to engage with cross-functional teams. Frequent travel is required.

We’re seeking a strategic and energetic Head of Sales to lead our Electrical Safety Solutions Business Unit’s commercial activities across all international markets, managing around 15 to 20 sales professionals to support boosting sales. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in engineering environments, enjoys building momentum, and knows how to inspire a worldwide team toward ambitious goals.
