We’re looking for a sharp, commercially minded TikTok Shop Account Strategist to join our team in Barcelona. You’ll be managing and growing brand accounts on TikTok Shop across the EU markets, with a special focus on the DACH, UK, and Intra-EU.

• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and visibility for brands on TikTok Shop.
• Manage TikTok Shop accounts end-to-end: product uploads, campaign setups, promotional mechanics, and reporting.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize content, promotions, and conversion rates.
• Liaise directly with TikTok’s internal teams and our brand clients to troubleshoot issues and push growth initiatives.
• Craft briefs for creators and affiliates, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
• Stay on top of TikTok Shop trends, platform changes, and competitor activities.

• ✅ Native-level German and fluent English - both written and spoken.
• ✅ Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop accounts or other e-commerce marketplaces.
• ✅ Solid understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce KPIs, and sales funnels.
• ✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment.
• ✅ Sharp communicator who can build trust with clients and partners.
• ✅ Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.

• Experience working in an agency or with multiple brands.
• Knowledge of influencer / affiliate marketing.
• Excel / Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis.
