Job summary
A leading biopharmaceutical solutions organization is seeking a Principal Biostatistician with expertise in R-Shiny. The role involves maintaining an R-based computing environment, mentoring biostatisticians, and preparing statistical analysis plans. Candidates must have a PhD or MS in a relevant field, at least two years of experience, and excellent programming skills. This position is integral to the statistical department and contributes to project lifecycle support. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential.

- At least two years of experience as a statistician in Pharma, Biotech, or similar sector.
- Excellent knowledge of R and R-Shiny with experience in clinical data structures.
- Fluent in English, able to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities

- Serve as a statistical department resource and mentor biostatisticians.
- Prepare Statistical Analysis Plans and oversee programming specifications for analysis.
