At Globachem , we’re looking for a Business Developer Innovations with deep roots in the crop protection industry to help us grow our footprint in Southern Europe.
A challenging job content
You are responsible for the development and the commercialization of Globachem’s own innovative crop protection products in the different South-European countries.
You lead pre-launch initiatives and support distributors to ensure successful product introductions through demo trials, technical training and presentations.
You build and maintain a solid network of distributors, CRO’s, advisors and industry influencers.
You represent Globachem at local congresses and symposiums.
You work closely with your colleagues from Sales&Marketing, and also across other departments such as R&D, Product Development, Regulatory and Supply Chain.
You are part of the Sales & Marketing department and report to the Project Accelerator Innovations at our Headquarters in Belgium.
You have at least 7 years of experience in a technical-commercial role in crop protection and you have experience in the launching of new products.
You are fluent in Spanish or Italian (native level) and English. You apply a strategic and commercial approach in managing your projects.
