A leading HR consultancy is looking for a full-time remote HR + Culture Manager. This role focuses on strengthening organizational culture, improving employee engagement, and reducing turnover. Responsibilities include training and coaching employees. Candidates must reside in the Phoenix Metro area and possess HR certification with over 5 years of experience. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
Qualifications

- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

- Although a fully remote position, candidates must reside in Phoenix Metro area (working hours 9am – 5pm AZ Time). *Only PHX candidates will be considered at this time.*
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR required).
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably with remote teams.
- Strong background in employee engagement, training, and coaching.
- Experience in performance management and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
