• Conduct inbound telesales to small-to-medium business customers, meeting and exceeding sales quotas
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM software daily
• Manage customer relationships from initial contact through to resolution or appropriate escalation
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences while representing the employer in a professional manner
• Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
• Strong communication and customer-focused skills
• Experience in wireless services is strongly preferred

• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles within the telecommunications industry
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Strong technical knowledge of telecommunications products and services
