- Financial due diligence projects working for either the acquirer or the vendor. Both private equity houses (including some of the top worldwide names) and major international and national corporate clients.
- Critical review of the key value drivers of the business both for the historical period or financial projections.
- Leverage the use of Data & Analytics toolsto focus our efforts in delivering insights : our view on the main financial and business issues or upsides identified during our work
- Provide support to our clients in price adjustment definitions and analysis
Degree in Business / Economics or engineering
- Fluent in English (day to-day work would be in English)
- Spanish will be a plus (not mandatory)
- 2-8 years of experience in audit financial due diligence corporate finance or private equity
- Strong analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Data analytics will be a plus (Power BI Power Query Power Pivot & Alteryx)
