You will work with experienced engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of Spring Boot, Java, or Kotlin is required, and fluency in English and Spanish is essential. What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Some hands‑on experience with backend development (internship, academic projects, or personal projects welcome).
• Core: Spring Boot, Java, Kotlin (knowledge of one language is enough to start).
• Bonus: Familiarity with Angular for full‑stack exposure.
• Tooling: Basic understanding of Git and command line (Bash).
• Deployment & Testing: Interest or basic knowledge in CI/CD pipelines and testing tools like JUnit.
• Cloud: Willingness to learn Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Ways of Working: Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Mindset: Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
