We are looking for a professional who have technical degrees or vocational training related to technology that can provide remote software technical support to the Dutch and German printer markets.
You must speak Dutch and German, as well as English at a high level.
If you meet this job requirements, we would like you to be part of our great company, where you will be able to contribute with your knowledge and experience while continuing to grow professionally.
Functions:
- Providing software technical support to clients based in Netherlands and Germany.
- Providing a first level of remote customer support, telephone support and remote connection to diagnostic equipment.
- Opening of cases.
- Call log.
- Troubleshooting.
- Monitoring of cases and incidents.
- Communication with clients and partners.
- Reporting to higher team.
- Reporting and closuring of cases.
- Maintaining expected service levels.
Basic requirements:
- To work in the Dutch and German market: Fluent in Dutch (C1) + Fluent in German (C1) + High English level (C1).
- Technical degrees or vocational training related to technology.
- Work experience providing remote technical support.
- Knowledge of systems administration, Windows environment, Linux, Server.
- Proactivity and autonomy.
- Experience in customer service.
- Hybrid work model in Sant Cugat (Barcelona) site (3 days per week in the office).
- Possibility of traveling.
- Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm (one hour for eating).
