A dynamic fintech scale-up is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to drive client success and expand platform adoption. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years in fintech or crypto, strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish, and a proven track record in client support and stakeholder management. This remote role is perfect for someone who is adaptable, results-driven, and passionate about blockchain technology. Compensation includes a competitive salary and attractive benefits.

Strategic Account Manager - Next-Gen Blockchain Infrastructure

Location : Remote - Based in France (strongly preferred), Spain or European Union

Compensation : $70K - $105K

We are hiring a high-energy, customer-focused Strategic Account Manager ready to make an immediate impact in a fast-growing, cutting-edge industry.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a results-driven environment, takes ownership, and is dedicated to growth. You will be instrumental in supporting customers, driving platform adoption, managing client onboarding, and handling both inbound and outbound sales activities.

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be the key liaison for our most important clients, ensuring their success and driving the expansion of platform adoption.

  • Client Support : Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and effective resolutions that reinforce trust and satisfaction.
  • Client Success & Growth : Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts to drive engagement, ensure retention, and expand platform adoption. Act as a strategic advisor to help clients maximize the value from our solutions.
  • Onboarding Leadership : Lead the non-technical onboarding process for new clients, aligning their business goals with our platform capabilities and ensuring a smooth, structured ramp-up experience.
  • Sales Activities : Qualify and manage inbound sales inquiries, proactively identify customer needs, strategically upsell, and guide clients through the buyer journey to drive revenue growth.
  • Stakeholder Management : Coordinate across internal teams (including product, engineering, legal, and operations) to ensure client needs are met, blockers are resolved, and initiatives are delivered efficiently and on time.
  • Communication : Maintain clear, professional, and proactive communication with both clients and internal teams in English and Spanish , ensuring alignment, transparency, and responsiveness.
  • Process Improvement : Continuously assess and refine internal workflows related to customer engagement and sales operations to improve scalability and impact.
  • Market Awareness : Monitor industry trends, evolving client needs, and competitive dynamics to inform account strategies and position our company as a trusted partner.
Requirements
  • Experience : 8+ years of experience in fintech or crypto , with hands-on exposure to blockchain technologies.
  • Stakeholder Navigation : Proven ability to manage and align diverse stakeholders across technical, legal, and business domains, especially within financial services.
  • Communication & Language : Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (required), with the ability to tailor messages effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Resilience & Execution : Proven ability to perform under pressure, communicate clearly, and make sound decisions in high-stakes situations. Must demonstrate high levels of energy, intelligence, and execution.
  • Mindset : A strong entrepreneurial spirit balanced with professionalism and strategic thinking. Must be humble, resilient, adaptable, and operate with a team-first, high-accountability mindset.
  • Adaptability : Comfortable navigating fast-paced, evolving environments and capable of managing ambiguity with confidence.

Benefits
  • Salary : €60,000 - €90,000 per year (full-time contract, commissions excluded).
  • Bonus : €20,000 - €40,000 per year upon target completion.
  • Equity : Stock options (e.g., 100 stock options, representing 0.03%) vested over 4 years.
  • Equipment : MacBook Air and all necessary work essentials provided.
