• 8+ years of experience in fintech or crypto, with hands-on exposure to blockchain technologies.
• Proven ability to manage and align diverse stakeholders across technical, legal, and business domains.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Build and nurture relationships with key accounts to drive engagement and retention.
• Lead the onboarding process for new clients and align business goals with platform capabilities.
• Qualify and manage sales inquiries, identify customer needs, and guide clients through the buyer journey.
