You will join as an Automotive Technical Clerk, and your main mission will be to provide high-quality service to our customers in Denmark, assisting them in managing their vehicle fleets.
What You Will Do:
- Communicate with drivers for the management of workshop appointments.
- Prepare quotations.
- Contrast quotes provided by customers in their inquiries.
- Consult references and repair times using available computer tools.
- Provide mechanical advice on received inquiries.
- Check and record in the vehicle database (repair history).
- Manage the vehicle fleet according to the manufacturer's maintenance schedule.
- Communicate with workshops through available channels to resolve daily incidents.
What You Bring:
- Intermediate or advanced automotive or electro-mechanical training.
- Previous experience in the automotive sector is an advantage.
- Danish C1/C2 level is essential.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, mainly Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
