You will join as an Automotive Technical Clerk, and your main mission will be to provide high-quality service to our customers in Denmark, assisting them in managing their vehicle fleets.

What You Will Do:

• Communicate with drivers for the management of workshop appointments.
• Prepare quotations.
• Contrast quotes provided by customers in their inquiries.
• Consult references and repair times using available computer tools.
• Provide mechanical advice on received inquiries.
• Check and record in the vehicle database (repair history).
• Manage the vehicle fleet according to the manufacturer's maintenance schedule.
• Communicate with workshops through available channels to resolve daily incidents.

What You Bring:

• Intermediate or advanced automotive or electro-mechanical training.
• Previous experience in the automotive sector is an advantage.
• Danish C1/C2 level is essential.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, mainly Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
