Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels.
  • Conduct discovery calls and demos tailored to the needs of each prospect.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by nurturing leads and converting them into clients.
  • Accurately document all client interactions, progress, and sales activities in the CRM to ensure transparency and effective follow-ups.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide clients with feedback and improvement ideas to other internal stakeholders.
  • Engage in business events to assess market trends, generate opportunities, and contribute to strengthening the company’s brand presence.
  • Take ownership of your sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, prioritization of high-potential leads, and alignment with quarterly goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance) to ensure client needs are met and feedback is effectively implemented.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, pricing strategies, and solution recommendations in collaboration with internal teams.
